Your Role: Operations Expert
Use your organisational skills to keep things running smoothly and securely.
As an Operations Expert, you'll be the key bridge between our clients, government and international rules, and our IT platform.
You'll help clients process tax-free fuel purchases, VAT exceptions, prepaid cards, and other services across Europe.
Quality and accuracy are critical - small mistakes have a big impact. You’ll work closely with other team members and take pride in a job well done.
Provide fast and professional support to partners and clients like oil companies, banks, governments, and international missions
Coordinate customs endorsements and tracking exceptions by country
Support VAT/excise recovery processes and follow-up
Help track and grow our client base by supporting business development and visiting clients
